The operator’s main responsibility is to safely operate their bagging machine. As an operator, you will be responsible for, among other things: Depending on the production type, placing bags of potting soil into cardboard boxes or wrapping packaged potting soil boxes in plastic on the pallet; Repackaging; Labeling; Wrapping pallets; Performing necessary quality tests as required; Maintaining their work environment according to 6S standards; Safely operating the equipment entrusted to them; Safely and effectively operating machinery (e.g., forklift); Cleaning their work area and outdoor bin at the end of the shift; Complying with the company’s health, safety, and quality standards applicable to the work position; Requirements: Professional and organized Team player Care for well-done work Punctual and diligent in their work with flexibility regarding shifts Developed sense of urgency Autonomy
