Electro Mechanic DETAILS Shifts Available: Day & Night Shift (7 AM – 7:30 PM | 2/2/3 Schedule) Pay Range: $29.50 – $34.76/hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time direct hire Overtime: Possible Location: Winchester, KY About the Electro Mechanic role – Adhere strictly to safety policies and procedures, performing tasks safely and responsibly. – Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using C-Works to minimize equipment breakdowns. – Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to ensure maximum reliability and minimal downtime. – Read and interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. – Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC drives and motors. – Modify, read, troubleshoot, and install PLC programs (Allen Bradley preferred). – Fabricate, install, and maintain various electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. – Rebuild and service equipment components as required.

– Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, specifically with injection molding equipment. – Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Ladder Logic) – able to load and make program changes (not required to write programs). – Knowledge of offset printing is a plus. – Associate degree in electrical or mechanical fields OR 5-10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. – Open to candidates with 4+ years of experience if highly skilled. – Knowledge of robotics and auxiliary equipment related to injection molding is a plus. – Proficiency in using and maintaining personal tools. – Ability to pass Category 2 electrical safe work practices standards. – PPE Requirements – GH-rated steel toe shoes (candidate must provide). – All other PPE provided by the employer.
