Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends Pay: $55/hour Position Type: Full-Time About the Registered Nurse (RN) Role Join Crown Staffing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical/Surgical setting, where you’ll provide exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Primary Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Coordinate and communicate patient care with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Document patient assessments, care plans, and other critical information in compliance with nursing standards. Administer medications safely and provide treatments within the scope of practice. Conduct pain assessments and educate patients and families on pain management. Perform quality care aligned with hospital and nursing department policies and procedures. Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to ensure optimal care. RN Requirements Education: Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma. Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the state of Kentucky. BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Experience: Minimum of six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
