Lexington, KY
Monday – Friday
Hours worked: 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay: $17.50
About the Receptionist Role
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain office organization, ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Assist with basic customer service inquiries and provide information about services.
Perform data entry, file management, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Help with managing office supplies and inventory.
Support various administrative tasks to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with special projects as needed by other departments.

Job Requirements
Receptionist Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
