Production Operator Job Details Westfield, IN Schedule: Tuesday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Pay: $19/hour Temp with intent to hire Production Operator Requirements 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility Experience operating production machinery to deliver quality products Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Office software High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices preferred About the Production Operator Role As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the Grinds production team and successfully completing all training requirements to become a Grinds Operator – Level 1 (OP-1).
