Mig Welder MIG WELDER DETAILS Monday – Thursday | Day: 6 am – 4:30 pm Night: 7 pm – 5:30 am | $22 – $23 Overtime possible/ mandatory Location: Shelbyville, KY About the Mig Welder role – Set up jigs and fixtures by making adjustments in fixtures and equipment used in producing products. – Operates equipment using efficient procedures to ensure meeting production standards and uses the necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards are met. – Keeps all required records and maintains a clean work area. – Follows all verbal and written instructions about the operation of dies and equipment as well as any other jobs to which he/she may be assigned. – Performs the following processes: Fixture set-ups and operation, buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, mig welding, load jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts. – Help other operators as needed. – Safely performs all duties.
