About the Solder role – Use hand soldering techniques on machine outputs to finalize product assembly and repair bridges. – Perform mechanical assembly, clipping, and cleaning. – Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products. – De-panel printed circuit boards. -Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision. – Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations. – Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers. – Learn and practice standard operating procedures. – Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management. – Handle confidential information with tact and discretion. – Other duties as assigned. – Prior soldering experience -prefer lead-free solder experience – Ability to solder on various printed circuit boards / Thru Hold and Surface Mount boards – Ability to use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products. – Attention to detail is a must – Must be able to inspect small items for accuracy visually – Must be able to handle small parts – Must have manual dexterity – Must have basic computer skills – Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and good problem-solving skills – Must be dependable and have good attendance and work ethic – Be able to lift 25 lbs.
