Job Title: Manufacturing Support Location: Cleves, OH Crown Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Support in Cleves, OH. The Manufacturing Support will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Press Brake operations, saw, and CNC machining. If you have experience in CNC press brake operations, machining, and saw operations, and are committed to producing quality parts, we encourage you to apply! The Manufacturing Support is responsible for: -Setting up and operating CNC Press Brake operations, saw, and CNC machining. -Producing quality parts using Brake Press machine, CNC machining, and saw operations. -Maintaining a clean and orderly department, including garbage/scrap removal, sweeping, and wiping down machines. -Performing operator preventive maintenance on machines as needed. Key Performance Objectives: -Produce quality parts using the Brake Press machine (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge, and type) – -Produce quality parts using CNC machining (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge and type) -Produce quality parts using the Saw (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge, and type) -Maintain a clean and orderly department (garbage/scrap removal, sweeping, wiping down machines) -Operator Preventive Maintenance on machines as needed Operational Responsibilities: -Bend, form, stretch, notch, punch, and/or straighten metal to meet job requirements and quality standards. -Set stop on the machine bed, change dies, and adjust components as needed. -Operate press machines according to specifications.
