Facilities Maintenance Tec DETAILS 1st shift | Pay $24 About the Facilities Maintenance Tec role – Assist with day-to-day operations of the facility and maintain the warehouse in a safe and organized manner – Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment – Perform preventative maintenance on machinery – Assist with calibration and maintenance of various machinery – Knowledge of low to medium-voltage power systems – Perform general repairs in the areas of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC – Operate pallet jack, scissor and boom lifts, forklift and climb ladders to access elevated areas and rooftop when required – Drive and operate company vehicles – Respond to emergencies during off hours such as weekends, holidays and evenings – Other miscellaneous duties as required – Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job. – Must be a team player and have good attendance – Must have knowledge of production equipment, controlled environments and critical systems – Must have knowledge of facilities operations, physical plant, safety and security, and fire protection systems – Must be able to understand blueprints, drawings and schematics – Must be able to climb and work at elevations – Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools – Must take direction, follow instruction and work with others with a positive attitude – Must be able to read, write and converse fluently in English with the level of competency that will permit the applicant to function in the position.
