Must be able to stop, lift, bend, twist and turn ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have basic tool experience to read and repair tools. Must have some aptitude for repairing tools. Must be able to read and understand repair procedures contained within Makita’s Service Information. Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Ability to create, edit, and complete repair and sales invoices in the computer. Begin learning procedures for creating FSC reports. Prepare tools and part orders for shipment as required. Ability to assist in managing parts inventory accurately. Assist in physical inventory. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED: A minimum of six months previous experience repairing electric tools and equipment. Proficient in basic computer skills. Good customer service skills and established rapport with Makita customers. Good knowledge of power tools and applications.
