Customer Service Representative
DETAILS
M-F 7 AM-3:30 PM
Temp Rate: $12.00 | Start: $13.50
3 months: $13.70 | 6 months: $14.00
Location: LOUISVILLE, KY
About the Customer Service Representative role
– Proactively support the entire customer order/demand management process, monitor customer systems, and maintain accurate information in the system for production planning.
– Communicate directly with customers to coordinate changes in demand and last-minute
orders.
– Coordinate with other departments to complete shipping and invoicing administrative processes and paperwork. (Load Lists, Shipping Tickets, ASNs.)
– Responsible for venturing into the production area to communicate with supervisors
and managers.
– Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to build a lasting relationship.
