Shop Foreman DETAILS Monday – Thursday | 6:00 am to 4:00 pm About the Shop Foreman role -Oversees production processes of location, and resolves issues as needed. -Approves and schedules maintenance work for equipment. -Organizes location workflow, and assesses projects and resource requirements. -Ensures that the location promotes a safety-focused culture, and ensures that equipment and facility meet company, and OSHA standards and regulations. -Develops and delivers training, coaching, performance feedback, and coordinates development for the employees of the location as needed. -Properly utilizes company communication tools such as IPS and Microsoft Outlook -Flexible/non-traditional schedule may be required, and some travel. -Performs other necessary functions as assigned.
